The bull's conformation heavily favors his kudu lineage, but key anatomical differences hint at heritage from the sangai; his form is a mesh of kudu bulk and Eld's elegance, lean and fit in his prime. A tawny base is blanketed by a deeper red and offset by brighter shades around his throat and undercarriage, and seven stripes along his withers accent a mane which runs against the grain of his fur - a trait from his mother. Jade green eyes are bright with life, accented by near-white teardrop markings which spread across the bridge of his nose. The hybrid antler-horns atop his head have completed their final turn and stand at their fully mature height. A cloth cord holds strings of hessonite garnet beads and a charm of the same material between his horns. The charm is a stylized Sanskrit aumkara (), fashioned into the likeness of an elephant and crescent moon. He takes pride in this trinket and it is guarded with great care. Also frequently donned is a painted warthog skull mask, the work of Verve.
Although Rohit is quick to leap into play, quiet moments hint at a more solemn nature beneath. He is more often seen than heard and can be caught carefully observing those around him when he is not immediately involved.
Story
Born human, Rohit was raised in an India far-flung into the future. Thanks to his elderly guardians, his upbringing largely kept with traditionalist culture; consequently, he has a fondness for Hinduism and follows some practices. However, the scope of his knowledge is limited to what he acquired in childhood, as he and his sister were retrieved by Jokerman and his mother and brought into the Forest at an early age.
Some time after reaching adulthood, began spending more and more time by himself in the deeper woods. Kept a lean-to and a small garden plot to occupy himself and only visited the "Forest Proper" on occasion, mainly for events such as The Rut. Recently scuttled his camp, however, and has resumed living in the Forest full-time.
