A young man occasionally glimpsed by passers-by in the Palace District of Port Halfair. Occasionally he is helpful. More often he's regretful, sometimes (rarely) malicious—mislikes raised voices, raised hands—it's his duty to protect the weak, to fight against tyrants as they come—wasn't it always? Only he lost sight, perhaps, of what it is which makes a tyrant.
