Priscilla Kwan

Priscilla Kwan is the head accountant of PEFE and the daughter of a rich captain of industry from the Pokeverse version of Hong Kong. She moonlights as a power-armor superheroine, the Taipan, after having concluded that stopping criminal activity from the street would render more damage to organized crime through repeated supply chain disruption. She combines stinginess with a desire to apply monetary solutions where they are most effective. It's largely through her maneuvering PEFE is able to stay afloat, though they never seem to have enough money to simply sue their enemies.

Despite her formal title, her responsibilities extend to ensuring that seized contraband assets are safely put into storage for PEFE.

Her costume is patterned after a seviper.
