Introducing Seraphina's father. He's currently Deputy Chief of another sector, making sure his sector and officers are safe. He also makes sure his daughter is in safe hands when she's out patrolling whenever he visits. When it comes to his relationship with his daughter, he either spoils her or has to scold her. He knows she's old enough to do what she wants but over the years she's been starting to take more of her other father's personality. Nonetheless he loves her dearly.
