Clarimonde Gélinas (Rumplestiltskin/MHU)

Clarimonde Gélinas (born January 19th, 20XX) is a Hungarian-French-Canadian student from Schuyler University in the Support course.

Hero Name: The Synergy Hero, Rumplestiltskin

Quirk: Alchemy
Clarimonde can combine materials to create a new one with the properties of the originals. (ex: combining cotton and steel to create a breathable, light but extremely solid fabric to make a hero suit, combining rubber and metal to create a weapon solid through which vibrations can travel without it breaking, or combining wood and a stone to create a flammable stone for light)

Upgrade I
Clarimonde can combine more than two materials together at the same time and has a better understanding of how to individually select properties she desires to keep. Studying alongside medical students makes her understand organic material better, and she can now work with dead organic material (ex: fur, hair, wood). Combination and mending takes less time.

• The combining isn’t instantaneous: the more material there is, the longer it takes;
• She must be in contact with every material she is combining;
• She cannot combine living organic material with anything.

Primary Course Focus: Support

• Bulletproof robe: Clarimonde tailored her hero suit herself: it’s light and flexible and is bulletproof. The inside is lined with tools and materials;
• Chatelaine: her more used tools are easily accessible

YEAR 1
Clarimonde is a very serious and seemingly closed-off person. She tends to be curt and cold with others, with one exception being her brother, Ezechiel. Appearances are very important to her, so she always makes sure to look and act her best; her definition is look sharp and act professional. She has a legacy to uphold, after all. She is very proud and has a hard time accepting when she makes a mistake or she is wrong (She’s never wrong anyways. Ok she’s rarely wrong). Underneath all the stuffiness, she’s a deeply passionate and loving person; family is one of the most important things to her, and friends could be too. She has the same curiosity and willingness to learn as her brother, and can spend hours in a row researching a new topic. Clarimonde is also very resourceful and crafty; nothing cannot be overcome.
She hopes to make her family proud and follow in her mother’s footsteps, as well as learning as much as possible.

YEAR 2
Clarimonde has not changed much, but has started to reach out to her classmates more. She is still extremely protective of Eezchiel, especially after the villain's summer takeover. Rare are the ones who have assisted to some of her more emoitional outbursts, but they exist.

Clarimonde born in Montpellier, Vermont, is the second child of Hajnalka and Arthur Gélinas. As soon as she was born, she was loved into creating and discovering the world, always with her brother, Ezechiel, close by. She was especially excited when her quirk manifested, always having admired her mother’s work, and immediately started putting importance into honing it as much as she could every day. Clarimonde wanted to be just like her, and Ezechiel encouraged her to work hard, but also find her own individuality, which she didn’t quite understand. It wasn’t the most important for her. Life was good in Montpellier.

Things changed when she was 16, when her parents were targeted along with other pro-heroes by villains, and were killed trying to protect civilians, Ezechiel and Clarimonde included in the crowd. Clarimonde ended up taking care of her brother, who was traumatized after seeing what no child should have to see. They became especially inseparable, and Clarimonde developed a colder demeanor, growing up very quickly and becoming wary of others. She had to be vigilant for two.
