[IMPORTANT NOTE FOR ARTISTS: Neuro's right eye is black with white, left is green with white. His suit is black on his left side with white stripes and his right side is white with black stripes. His mask is a frown on his right, with a white surface, and a grin on the left, with a black surface. HIS MASK IS NOT A FULL GRIN, IT HAS TWO EXPRESSIONS. If you can't cover one side and then the other and see two different emotions, you've drawn him wrong. This detail is very important!!]
Neuro was a human named Yuuto who worked as a psychologist, but also worked with a "doctor" named Anthony Simmons. Simmons was secretly doing illegal experimentation on live subjects. Once Yuuto found out, he threatened to call the authorities and Simmons murdered him, turning him into what he is now through demonic magic. Neuro is the only robot to ever operate on a human brain and not an A.I.
Neuro had a period in time where he went on a genocide-like turn, kılling children as they slept or luring them out of their homes to kıll them far from prying eyes. Simmons knew of his deeds, and praised him for it, making Neuro only eagerly kıll more. He was never caught.
He is one of four demonic robots in the world, and the most obnoxious of the group.

Neuro's powers
{Note: All of these powers come straight from his mask, however, the mask only works for him. If someone else were to put it on, it'd turn them insane, beyond help. Neuro is powerless without his mask.}
Puppeteer Strings:
Neuro doesn't use these often unless in dire need. Glowing green strings sprout from his fingertips and act like appendages. They can grab, burn, and impale other people, as well as control. They seem to have no limit to length and are very hard to break free of.
Mind Control/Hypnotism:
Used very rarely, if ever. Neuro prefers manipulation* over actual hypnotism.
Music Box:
Neuro can emit soft gentle music to lure children away and even trick them into thinking he's not dangerous. It's unknown where the music comes from but guesses are that he uses his powers to create it.
* Silver Tongue:
Not particularly a power, but something he does alot, and very well. Often pretending to be "friendly" and "protect" you from actual evil, Neuro will attempt to get close to you, breaking you away from friends and family, shaping your personality to fit how he likes. Eventually this leads to suicide, and Neuro moves on to another target.
Mental Illness: Neuro's main and favorite power. He can cause humans to have mental illnesses, or just the symptoms for it just for torture. Ironically, Neuro seems to show symptoms himself of a few select illnesses, but it's unknown if he was made like that or if he developed it, or how he could even have them.
Teleportation(?): Neuro seems to often pop up in random places, out of nowhere. It's unsure how he does this, and it's theorized he can somehow teleport to his victims at will.
Dissolve: Moreso a "melt". Barely does this one too. His whole body, including clothes and mask, seem to turn into an ink-like substance, disappearing into the ground, appearing wherever he pleases.
"Schizo": Does this often with his victims. Settles in their head, talking to them, living off their negative emotions. Usually stops after his victim dies or he gets bored of them.
