A Psychic/Fairy Eevee who's a bit of a Prankster. He is a bit of a thief who absolutely adores playing pranks. He is amazing at it, and this affinity for pranks caused him to adapt to his lifestyle. He can create illusions, use many weak but flashy moves, teleport, turn invisible, and much more. Joker will steal something valuable, usually precious stones or priceless artifacts, after sending out a warning. He will do it in many different ways. Sometimes he will find a Pokemon willing to deliver his message, sometimes he will use his Psychic powers to deliver it right to the victim's mind, sometimes he will think of a message... and it will appear before it's intended target... that is far from being all his methods of delivering messages. He has always been good at planning his heists, and improvising when the worst happens. Not much is known about him among the general populace. He is flashy yet he disappears easily, he is smart, he is quick on his feet, he is a wanted thief, he plays tricks, he is mysterious... what else? Work-In-Progress!
