National Harbor's an interesting one. Even though he has a normal name (George Wilson), he never goes by it, and instead wishes to be called "National Harbor" or "NH" for short~ His name is derived from the county he's a part of (Prince George's County) and the close proximity to the Woodrow Wilson Bridge.
Extra info time, yay! The logo on his bandana is the National Harbor logo. He quite enjoys swimming and going out on boats on the Potomac River. One of his favorite pasttimes is actually just watching airplanes fly overhead from his balcony on their way to and from DC's Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport. He's very close to Alexandria; they stay connected through the Alexandria-National Harbor Water Taxi.

Character
National Harbor is a rather loud and quirky individual who's a bit rowdy and rough and finds enjoyment in pranking others. He's got a whimsical atmosphere around him and usually acts very childish. He is also a bit mentally clumsy. He doesn't really think before he speaks and this often gets him into quite a bit of trouble with his elders. However, he does always take responsibility for his actions. As obnoxious as he may sound, he has a heart of gold. He's kind to most people and always tries his best to make others happy; it makes his day brighter when he sees people enjoying themselves on the Capital Wheel, watching concerts and movies in the center, and shopping or dining around the harbor.
