- Elliot can control the plant life around him, able bend the will of the vegetation in order to spawn new plants, rapidly grow plants, or move them. He mainly utilizes trees, vines, moss, and flowers of all sorts. However, his favorite is a rose.
- As a Forest Guardian, Elliot can converse with animals and understand their language. He mainly communicates via telepathy with mammals, but cannot do such with humans. This is why wild animals usually have an affinity to him, and it isn't uncommon to find animals flocking to him.
- Lastly, Elliot has the ability to heal any wounded or sick around him. The healing wish comes in the form of faint green and white light, similar to flashing fireflies. He can heal physical wounds and minor illnesses, but cannot cure fatal injuries and diseases. In addition, he is incapable of healing his own wounds.

- Elliot has his fair share of weaknesses, some of which include the fact that he cannot swim in deep bodies of water. In addition he has an extremely low tolerance to cold temperatures, which can limit his movement and ability to control foliage as well his ability to heal.
- However, under certain circumstances does his powers flourish. Bright sunny weather will grant him vivid energy and an increased strength to his various abilities, as well as humid weather or access to fresh water.
- Elliot is a very sensitive creature, and is commonly referred to as a crybaby. Being used to the serene and peaceful setting of a lively forest, he isn't used to violence or conflict. Therefore, even the smallest of arguments can leave him to cower or burst out in tears. In addition it isn't uncommon for him to shed a tear or two for even the most minor of injuries. Otherwise, Elliot is very kind and caring, and treats every living being like one of his children. He is a gentle and soft spoken guardian.
