Despite displaying little, if any, expressions on his face, Lady is a composed, soft-spoken boy who gets along with most he meets, and does not hold back when assisting those in need. He is an empathy-driven individual who desires to see the world contribute to the betterment of all. Despite presenting a generally pleasant exterior, he has a tendency to use sarcasm when frustrated.

Lady is introduced as an insecure young man living in a problematic household. He formerly possessed a very negative mindset and was prone to suicide attempts. These unhealthy practices halted when a magical creature named FuwaFuwa snuck into his window at night and offered him to become a magical boy that protected the world from demons that affected the mind. This struck passion within him, and he agreed, taking it upon himself to save those similar to him.

- He keeps up the Menhera/Yami Kawaii aesthetic. He finds Menhera-Chan to be immensely alluring and even kins her. He has an emotional connection with the character and uses her to cope. His room is decorated with Menhera merchandise, including tapestries, clothing, plushies, and dishware.
- He experiences nightmares frequently. These nightmares have the power to foretell tragedies.
- He has the ability to reverse the effects of mental tampering such as mind control and memory loss.
- He adores painting his nails and dazzling them in bright baby pink.

Pink Pill: A type of medicine only he can create that has ability to heal mental illnesses, disorders, and other forms of mental trauma to a healthy state.
Marshmallow Mash: Lady slices the enemy with his axe, exploding them into morsels of candy.
Candy Cough Syrup: A poisonous syrup created by Lady. Whoever drinks it dies instantly.
