Poki was first created as a computer virus to breach into a school's admin permissions. Before the virus was set free, they discovered a pretty scuffed MS paint drawing of someone's OC and got corrupted after taking that info. The virus soon found its way out into the real world.

Not too long after, they settled in the confines of the school until they met two people and offered a place to stay for them. They agree and they've truly settled into a typical teenager life. They studied, created, fell in love, and made connections. This was soon to be ruined by the sudden disappearance of the virus, the kidnapping orchestrated by the creator herself.

After pleaing about coming back to help her for more devious plans, the virus refused. In a rage, they elimated the virus through traumatic and physical needs of a mech, crushing them under rubble created by the mecha. The body would soon go missing, as police had found no sign of them, however the body didn't just disappear, it was stolen.

The virus was soon taken back into a scientist's lab, where she dubbed them Poki. The scientist recently had discovered that Expirement 0017 could basically wire their conciousness inside a machine like their old roots. They would now live the rest of their life in this scientist's labs, wired physically yet free spiritually on the technology.

Poki used to be a very shy individual when they first became a sentient being. They are still empathetic and optimistic, although trust needs to be built on. As of now, they are still not confident, but whenever it's the right atmosphere, they could be a bit silly, having phrases to say to the group of people. As of now, they hate the concept that they are a virus and that could lead to some bad connotations to many people, so they sometimes shield themselves away at times, wiring their brain to be socially anxious.
