The power of lightning is reserved for the higher ups such as royality and Voltrix's degree of control and connection to lightning is like no other. Scorchfire doesn't come close to what Voltrix can do so the question pops up? Who is she? She doesn't resemble any dragon with high lightning abilites, she doesn't even live in a city much less has a family. She's an outside force that only rumors knows of but she's very much real.
