Neptune
She grew up with her mom. She got a job for Team Galactic and worked her way up from a grunt to an admin a young age.
After the fall of Team Galactic (taken down by Leon) she got a huge target on her back. Her only option was to flee. She was scared shitless when she entered her "childhood" home and met her mom again. The two of them fled together to a region called Hoenn. Neptune had to hide in the back of a truck untill they arrived.
It took roughly two-three months to get from Sinnoh to Hoenn. Neptune turned 13 on the road.
Ps. She is just a couple of years older then Leon at the time he was a simple trainer in Sinnoh. (Leon was ten at the time so she was 12).
Neptune accidently becomes a trainer when helping the Professor with a Poochyena attack.
