Personality

> Serious: Quinn, much unlike her fake persona, actually isn't very interested in joking around or making stupid comments during work. She wants to do everything with efficiency, and full concentration on the task before her without being distracted by useless chatter and gossip from her co-workers.

> Perfectionist: If it's off by even 1cm, it's wrong. Even though she is hopeless when it comes to actually designing something, Quinn happens to be skilled when it comes to spotting the issues with something.

> Idealist: When it comes to what she thinks is perfect and the ideal, Quinn throws her logic away. She thinks it's alright to discard her actual self in order to force herself to fit into those self-induced ideals, and will certainly get mad if anyone dares suggest otherwise. She is blind to everything that is against her idea of a perfect personality.

> Paranoid: Of course, having to constantly act in front of everyone as if she were someone else took a toll on Quinn's mentality. She fears that someone will see through her lies, and tell everyone of her true character. Consumed by such thoughts, she often panics when it seems that someone could be getting closer to the truth - and, thus, she ends up doing stupid things that she later on regrets doing.

> Bossy: If only she could take charge, everyone would be made to work at max.speed. Obsessed not only with perfection but efficiency, Quinn is dying to order her co-workers around, just because she is certain that her methods of doing things are so much better than those of others. If only they would listen to her nagging and cold instructions, everyone would surely become more efficient at what they do.

> Strategic: Acting as someone completely different to herself 24/7 isn't an easy thing to do. It's a case of knowing what to say, when to say it and taking all of the right opportunities to look wacky, eccentric and attention-grabbing. Even though it looks effortless on the exterior, Quinn does spend a lot of time thinking through what she should be saying or doing in order to achieve her 'perfection' for yet another day.

> Insecure: Of course, knowing that no matter how much she pretends that she is 'perfect' she will never actually become it, makes Quinn secretly very insecure. She often wonders why she didn't inherit the creative and joyful personalities of her mother, or even the skills of her (retired) engineer father. Why must it be like this?

Backstory

It would be a lie to say that her life was traumatic, or exciting in any way. Quinn's life was ordinary, and her childhood days mostly had almost the exact same structure to them each day - eat, take walks outside, criticise the local kids (whilst secretly admiring them), then just go back to sleep in wait for yet another normal day. She wasn't dissatisfied with this schedule. After all, Quinn was the one to introduce it to herself in the first place. Her former-painter mother and retired engineer father were to indulged in their creative yet methodical selves to really care about what their daughter did throughout the day. The only thing that they did keep pressing on her, however, was how it would be 'so great', 'so lovely' and 'just imagine it, how cute it would be' if Quinn were to one day start working in an equally-artistic job as her mother did. These constant loving yet pressuring comments, the repetitive recommendations to take upon some creative interest - maybe these were the initial reasons why Quinn began to despise her completely uncreative self. She wasn't at all imaginative, and her thoughts were always completely ordinary and not at all original. Quinn began taking notice of her personality, on how boring she truly was, and realised that even the tight schedule that she set on herself throughout the day was a sign of just how much she lacked the creativity that her parents treasured so much.

She began watching those who she thought fit into the idea of creativity, of originality and what was completely different from who she was. Quinn, instead of spending her days like normal, began to force herself away from her schedules and made herself live in the way that she pictured a perfect 'artist', or at the very least, a perfectand original person would. Eventually, she began acting upon her research and carved herself a new personality. Quinn wished to please not only her parents, but also the ideals that rooted themselves within her worried mind. When she reached 18, Quinn applied to go to an art college, but was rejected. Thus, she ended up at a normal college, studying the 'boring' subjects that she so very much despised. Eventually, Quinn found herself working in the business section of a company - in all honesty, her true self was pleased with this outcome as it catered to her abilities more than the 'creative' jobs. However, she still passionately kept up with her acting, in hopes that one day she will manage to become the artistic person that she has always been idolising.
