Noe

Noel, who goes by Noe, is a goat-like demon cultist. She commonly is gone for mysteriously large amounts of hours a day, participating in cult activities.

She has a collection of small animal heads in jars, and its relatively safe to assume that she collected these herself.

She lives in the same apartment building as Rebecca, who sometimes visits to bring sweets of some sort, but Noe usually is in the middle of something that seems concerning. Despite this, she heavily lingers outside the windows of Rebecca's apartment. Once or twice she's been found inside.

She sometimes hangs around in dark alleys when she's bored, and is a bit slobbish.

She also has most definitely stabbed someone to death.
