Parvenia looks over Luxbrosapalus and encourages friendliness and open mindedness. Her shrines wander Luxbrosapalus and seek out any who might be in the swamps. Those who live there expect a yearly visit. Those who follow her strive to be as welcoming, friendly, and open minded and are blessed with shapeshifting. Her followers are called Venians.
