• They're not listed as up for offers/ not in my trade folder 

• You don't have my permission to offer 

If you don't follow this, I will ignore you and/or block you. 

However you may:

• Ask to be put on a pinglist

As an extra reminder, do NOT offer on my characters if they're not listed for offers (minus the exceptions above) as I will immediately get annoyed with you and will ignore or even block you.
