Originally a scientist working for Dr. Chaos, Ryou escaped with a test subject he was very close to, named Hal. Together, the two escaped from Dr. Chaos's evil lab and fled to live out their lives in peace, now residing in Soothinne. During his time as an assistant for Dr. Chaos, Ryou's job was to keep tabs on the numerous artificial and mutant Channelers the evil lab was infamous for.....watching in horror as Dr. Chaos performed all sorts of experiments upon them. Fed up with having to deal with such stress and watching several poor, innocent Channelers get turned into minions, Ryou quickly grew paranoid....doing whatever he can to find a way to leave this life for good. Now, Ryou lives peacefully with Hal, far from any facilities or factories....never having to worry about the life he suffered from. Unfortunately though, Ryou tends to seriously stress out whenever he's confronted with any mechanical or artificial Channelers... as they only remind him of the horrors of his past... One day, he hopes to someday free the minions of Dr. Chaos and let them live their own lives....relying on Hal's strength to help them achieve that goal!! In battle, Ryou uses specialized chemicals to heal his allies, releasing a soothing energy all around them! He also has a few chemicals for defensive purposes, but he prefers not to use them!
