Costa is a happy-go-lucky floss that roams the coasts of Caramella looking for all sorts of interesting things that wash up on shore. Costa is very new to land living and may seem naïve when it comes to land dweller customs. When his curiosity gets the best of him, he will wander from the beaches to pursue whatever shiny new object has piqued his interest...which often lands him in trouble. Otherwise, he takes his possessions to a little spot just outside the Rho city where he has amassed quite the collection. He loves to make new friends but tends to be wary around land dwellers as they’re not always nice or welcoming...
