All of my characters in my "Ipseity" folder have mention of character death and how that occurs (as Ipseity is my "Takes place in an Afterlife" project.) Each character will have their specific "instance" warnings (along with any other warnings deemed necessary), but even then they're often very brief. 

My characters are very much lighthearted, Goofy Silly Type Guys though, and are meant to be enjoyed as such. Just Be Safe, You!

Cause of death: ---

(Will be) briefly mentioned. Method of death is not pivotal to the character, but the death itself is.

Character struggles with lack of autonomy, and being taken advantage of by others for naivety. Is a child character who's mostly concerned with making friends and doing what he loves, though.
