Backstory:
Faraji's family lived in the Khari-tribe for generations and they've always been the witch doctor family.
His mother was one, and so was her father, and his mother and so on.


Far before Faraji came to be, his parents were out in the jungle to collect several herbs together.
Little did they know that one of the feared jungle beasts followed their every step just to attack them when they didn't pay enough attention to their surrounding.
It was a fierce battle; the beast was double their size and only his father was armed.
When they thought they lost the fight and realized they couldn't run, a pack of cat-like creatures joined their fight and ultimately helped them slay the beast.
They were thankful. More thankful than they've ever been.
His mother took care of the injured creatures as good as she was able to, but two of them weren't to be saved.
They improvised a mourning ceremony and again thanked the creatures before leaving the battleground, heavily injured themself.

Moons later, they were at the same clearing again, but didn't notice.
That is, until a small group of the cat-likes walked up and symbolized them to follow.
They did and saw a mourning place, with flowers and two cat-like skulls, covered in moss.
"What do you want from us?", they asked, confused but also glad, seeing that the pack was still alive and well.
And as if they could understand them, they carefully pushed the mossy skulls in their direction.
After sharing a meaningful glance, the pack left, leaving the couple confused and emotional as all the memories came back.

So they went back to their tribe and decided to form a matter egg around one of the skulls.
And they named their newborn child 'Faraji', which translates to 'Solace' in their ancient language.
The other skull, however, was kept as a keepsake and later used as the core of Faraji's staff.
With all of the emotions which were bound to this staff and Faraji himself, he grew up to become the best healer of his ancestry.


As an adult, he joined the adventure squad of Snow, Galen and Eztli to follow his life goal of finding the source of all witch craft and destroying it once and for all.
So he left his tribe and home planet to venture out and follow his dream while still staying true to his promise of helping anyone who couldn't help themself.
