Ikuno

Not exactly the most honourable nor the brightest of the bunch; nevertheless, Ikuno has plenty of street smarts and some trace amounts of being a decent human being.

Due to personal reasons, she’s trying to stay on the down low and not attract too much attention. This is a problem because the Yorozuya require advertising and promotion in order to attract new customers to their services. That, and her pride gets in the way when she’s trying to deceive people into underestimating her abilities. She’s also motivated by praise and gets easily discouraged if she’s made out to be useless.

Though Ikuno wields a sword for business, she is an amateur at best and has no formal training. She’s much more skilled with firearms, but avoids using them until cornered (provided there’s any she can grab off of someone else). She has complicated feelings about the Amanto.

Ikuno was captured by the Harusame as a young child and made to be a slave.
After years of suffering, a chance opportunity came up and she managed to escape by disguising herself as one of the Amanto from Oukoku.
Soon after, her disguise was thwarted, and she was saved by a bounty hunter: a Yato. The Yato ended up raising her for a few years, and Ikuno followed in her footsteps, until she gained a bounty on her own head. Believing her mentor would turn on her, she fled to Earth, figuring it was far enough from the reach of any pursuers. She then founded the Yorozuya in an attempt to keep afloat.
