     Hello there and thank you for taking an interest in the art here at DelusionalDreams! I'm still a •somewhat• new artist diving into the world of tradition and digital arts but I would absolutely •love• to be able to work with all of you in a chance to bring your ideas to life!

     There are just a few things that I'd like you all to read before we work together - this will just help everything run smoother and help me build a stronger and better connection with all of you!

🧸 Contacting DelusionalDreams 🧸

     DelusionalDreams is still a •very• small art brand that I have made for myself, but I'd like to make sure that I'm easily reachable on most social media platforms! Each platform that I have listed below will have •this• TOS linked/pinned somewhere on it for easy findings! Also make sure to follow/like where you can - each platform will have different raffles or give aways for different following milestones!

🧸 Commisions/Customs 🧸

     Commissions: The creation of art or editing bases for pre-made Characters!

     As of right now, DelusionalDreams has their Commisions •OPEN•! When commisioning me, you will be added to a Trello list that will have your information added - like when you paid, your Character's refs, how you paid, and WIPs!

These commisions can be traditional art or digital depending on what you as a customer would like! 

                --- Payments ---

     While DelusionalDreams offers many different options to allow you to receive art, Commisions/Customs will only be started and completed once a monetary or point value is paid. 

     DelusionalDreams accepts:

  - PayPal

  - CashApp

  - DeviantArt Points

     If you're interested in purchasing a Commission from me, I do have just a •few• rules before work can begin! 

                --- Rules ---

  - Payment is •up-front• before you can get added to my Trello. A price will be determined by what you'd like and how complicated your Character is. You will have a choice between PayPal, CashApp, or DeviantArt Points. 

  - A reference sheet ((or at least 2 pieces of art)) is preferred for the art to begin. If you only have traditional art on hand for your Character, it's appreciated if you could produce a digital color pallet as a way for me to get your Characters as correct as I can. 

  - Bumping/Boosting: boosting the chat is •allowed and encouraged• but only •AFTER• three days of no contact from me or no updates on my Trello. Boosting chats will help me keep up with messages but please give me time to work on the pieces that come before yours - Trello •will• be updated daily or as other pieces get completed or WIPs are produced. You will also be notified when your own piece(s) are started and WIPs will be provided directly to you as well as updated to your personal Trello card. 

  - Edits: Editing the art can •ONLY• be made before the finished piece is sent to you. WIPs will constantly be provided through the sketch, line, and coloring fazes but no edits will be made after the art is approved and sent to you. 

     Customs: The creation of •brand new• Characters based around color pallets, mood boards, or just general ideas from you!

     As of right now, DelusionalDreams has their Customs •OPEN•! When commisioning me for a Custom, you will be added to a Trello list that will have your information added - like when you paid, any mood boards, color pallets, etc that are sent, how you paid, and WIPs ((see link under the "Commisions Info"))!

     Custom created Characters will •ALWAYS• be digitally done and you will have a choice between a base edit or free-hand art.

🧸 Art Trades 🧸

     Art Trades: The creation of free-hand or base edits of existing characters where other art or base edits is used as payment. 

     As of right now, DelusionalDreams has their Art Trades •OPEN•! When trading with me, you will be added to a Trello list that will have your information added - like which Character you are wanting done, which Character you will be doing for me, whether it's a headshot, bust, or full body, whether it's traditional or digital, whether it's a base edit or free-hand, and WIPs! 

                --- Rules ---

  - Please have a reference sheet ((or at least two pieces of art)) of your Character on hand before we begin the art trade. If you only have traditional art, it's preferred if you could provide a digital color pallet for the Character. 

  - Please decide on whether you'd like your side of the trade to be traditional or digital, and whether it will be a headshot, bust, or full body. I'll match what you are offering in trade. 

  - Keep in mind that if you are using a base ((F2U/P2U)) you may be asked of proof of purchase or proof of use. I'll provide the same if you request it. 

  - Keep in mind that •PAID• Commisions or Customs will take priority over Art Trades but all Trades will begin within the first week of being contacted. You •will• be added to my Trello ((see the link under "Commissions")) in whatever spot you contact me for a trade. WIPs will be provided through Trello, directly to you through PMs, and you will also be notified through PMs when your art is started. 

  - Bumping/Boosting: boosting the chat is •allowed and encouraged• but only •AFTER• five days of no contact from me or no updates on my Trello. Boosting chats will help me keep up with messages but please give me time to work on the pieces that come before yours - Trello •will• be updated daily or as other pieces get completed or WIPs are produced. You will also be notified when your own piece(s) are started and WIPs will be provided directly to you as well as updated to your personal Trello card. 

  - Edits: Editing the Trade can •ONLY• be done before I send the finished piece to you. WIPs will constantly be provided through the sketch, line, and coloring fazes but no edits will be made after the Trade is approved and sent to you. 

  - Watermarked WIPs will be sent to you for approval and I'd appreciate the same from you. The finished product ((after confirmed by you)) will also be watermarked until your half of the Trade is complete and sent. After, you will receive the unwatermarked versions. 

🧸 Free, Gift, And Raffle Arts 🧸

     Free, Gift, or Raffle Arts: The creation of Arts or Custom Characters without the need of payment or expecting something in return!

     As of right now, DelusionalDreams has their Free, Gift, and Raffle Arts •SEMI-OPEN•! Currently, DelusionalDreams is only open for Raffle Arts and Free Arts on •SPECIFIC• threads posted throughout the Social Medias listed above in "Contacting DelusionalDreams". When receiving Free, Gift, or Raffle Art from DelusionalDreams, you will be added to a Trello list that will have your information added - like where you received the offer for this art, if the art is Free/Gifted or a Raffle Prize, whether a Character of yours will be drawn or if it's a Custom, and WIPs!

     *Free/Gift Arts are •NOT• a given as these are mainly done in my spare time or as warmups. There will be times where Free/Gift Art posts are left up and open for long periods of time - not only for later entries but also to allow me to come back to them repeatedly for future pieces. 

     *Raffle Arts are •PROMISED• and will be completed for you as long as you are a chosen winner for the piece. Unlike Commisions/Customs, and Trades, Raffle Pieces will be bottom priority •BUT• you will still be added to the DelusionalDreams' Trello ((see above under "Commisions/Customs")) and you will be notified when your piece is started. WIPs will still be uploaded to Trello as well as delivered to you. All Raffle Prizes will •NOT• be started until the previous Raffle Prizes are complete and delivered to their owner. 

                --- Rules ---

  - When entering for a •FREE• Art Piece, please make sure you read the •FULL• post on its respected Social Media. Sometimes, there are hidden passwords/rules to have your Character/Customs made. 

  - If you are chosen for •FREE• art, you are allowed to bump the chat/respective post •ONCE• every two weeks. This is to keep notifications low and to keep Commisions/Customs or Trades from being hidden. You are more than welcome to check the Trello whenever you'd like though!

  - If you've won a Raffle from DelusionalDreams, you need to claim your winning slot in no later than 48 hours. You can claim your spot by PMing me directly through whatever Social Media the Raffle was held on. Failure to message within 48 hours will result in you loosing your spot and will allow for a new winner to be chosen. 

  - A reference sheet ((or at least 2 pieces of art)) is preferred for the art to begin for your Raffle Prize •UNLESS• the post states that it's for a Custom Character. If it is for a Custom Character, it is appreciated if you have a color pallet, mood board, or just general ideas on hand!

  - If you are chosen for •RAFFLE• art, you are allowed to bump the chat/respective post •ONCE• every two weeks. This is to keep notifications low and to keep Commisions/Customs or Trades from being hidden. You are more than welcome to check the Trello whenever you'd like though!

  - Edits: Editing the art can •ONLY• be made before the finished piece is sent to you. WIPs will constantly be provided through the sketch, line, and coloring fazes but no edits will be made after the art is approved and sent to you. 

🧸 Will and Won't For Art 🧸

     DelusionalDreams is •VERY• excited to work with you and your Characters but there is a •FEW• things that I will and won't do for Commisions, Customs, and Art Trades. This is nothing against anyone as a customer, but there are things I may not have the skills to draw or things that I may not be comfortable with doing:

                --- Will Do ---

  - Free-hand and Base Edits ((As Commisions, Customs, Trades, and Free Art))

  - Feral and Anthro Fursonas / MLP Characters

  - Humans / Humanoid Characters ((Keep in mind I'm still new to these so they may not always match up to the style or quality of my other arts))

  - Open, Semi-Open, and Closed Species ((With proof you are allowed to have Semi-open or Closed Species))

  - *Some NSFW Art 

  - *Some Types of Gore Art ((Candy, Pastel, Neon, Regular))

  - Full color to Simple Styled Backgrounds

                --- Won't Do ---

  - Anything depicting/representing: Racism or Hate Crimes, "Snuff" Art or art revolving around harming Characters that •DO NOT• belong to you

  - "Hard Kink Art": Scat, Golden Showers, Inflation, Micro/Macro, etc

  - NSFW/Gore Art of Minor Characters

  - NSFW of Feral type Characters ((including Feral Fursonas or Ponies))

  - Cyborg/Robot Art ((I'm not comfortable doing those •YET• but I have been working on them so this may change in the future))

  🧸 Pre-existing Characters or Adopts 🧸

     Even though DelusionalDreams works mainly around Commissions, Customs, Trades, and Raffles, we also have •PLENTY• of Pre-Made Adopts and Characters for grabs! These Adopts will •almost• always be UFO ((Up for Offers)) and you can normally snag them with PayPal, CashApp, DeviantArt Points, or by trading other Characters or Art for them!      Like with the listed above, there are a •few• rules DelusionalDreams has for it's UFO Characters:

                --- Rules ---

  - Please credit the proper designer of any Character made ((myself included if I designed it)) and please credit any bases that may be used on any art uploaded.

  - Please don't change the Character's design where it is completely unnoticeable. Small redesigns are allowed - just make sure to credit the original design maker

  - Please don't sell a Character you've received from me for more than you paid unless you have added more value to it

  - You are free to gift, trade, or sell any Character you get from me as long as you don't transfer to someone who's on my Blacklist* or someone who is not on ToyHouse ((I like to keep up with Characters in case they ever come available again))

🧸 Blacklist 🧸

     The people listed below have been added to my Blacklist for different reasons - be it Character/Art theft, Scamming, Homo/Transphobia, Bewares, Breaking my ToS, etc. 

     The people listed below are •NOT• allowed to:

  - Own •ANY• of my designs after they have been added to this list. 

  - Buy bases that I have made. 

  - Commision me for •ANY• reason

  - Partake in my Raffles or Free/Gift Art posts on •ANY• occasion 

     If you are caught breaking this TOS in any shape, form, or fashion, you •WILL• be added to this Blacklist. If you are caught being a problematic person in any shape, form, or fashion, you •WILL• be added to this Blacklist. If you are caught helping any of these people get Art, Adopts, or Bases from me for these people, you •WILL• be added to this Blacklist. There are no expectations for breaking this TOS or these rules.
