Profile
Celia is the kind of person that comes off as incredibly cold towards others, but is actually very amiable and easy to get along with when you speak to her for long enough. She is very logical and level-headed, rarely getting angry at or arguing with others. This can trip her up when others take advantage of her, as her desire to avoid conflict tends to make it hard for her to tell people no or stand up for herself. Nowadays she tends to shrug off emotional responses as much as she can, playing the role of a strong friend that you can count on.
Celia was born in Castelia City, in the Unova Region. Her childhood was okay, but her parents tended to be neglectful of her, which brought her to do a lot of weird or obnoxious things as a child to gain some form of attention from them. Eventually, as she grew older, he found her only solace in a few hobbies she picked up. Music in particular became a big part of her life. She loved expressing emotions, both angry or sad, through a guitar and some lyrics. She kept practicing it, and eventually dropped school to play in a band.
Her band had a cult following within Castelia City and on the internet, and they managed to play various gigs around the city before Celia finally ran out of money. Without a proper education, her band went on hiatus and Celia set out to become a Pokémon Trainer to earn some extra money. One of her old friends was more than happy to offer her a Gastly, not fond of Ghost-types, and Celia was overjoyed to accept the offer. After travelling around Unova a bit, Celia made the decision to try starting a new band somewhere warmer than the generally colder Unova Region. She saw a flyer for the Seraphic Islands, and used what little money she had to grab a ticket and travel there with her trio of Pokémon companions.
