As all flocks need a talented shepherd to lead them, so do the seraphim require a Chevalier--a brilliant and shining leader to guide their hands, wings, and hearts without flaw. Crafted specifically to lead and trained to rule ever since the moment of their perfection, Chevalier Valiance is a seraph seemingly blinded by the shine of their own brilliance. Cursed with a near-god complex despite being as flawed as any mortal, they look down their nose at nearly everyone and everything, and offer harsh and often needlessly cruel criticism to any perceived flaw. Despite this, they really do wish the best for their people--were it not for their reluctance to actually listen to those they're supposed to lead, they might actually be a ruler good enough to be worthy of their name.
