Talmarrin Emberson started his journey by following Prince Kael'thas to Outlands in search of Illidan Stormrage. There, along with Kael, he pledged his loyalty to Illidan. With the armies of the Burning Legion decimating Azeroth, Talmarrin became a demon hunter and fought back Sargeras' horde. Years of channeling fel and chaos energy took a tole on Talmarrin's conscience. Sensing the demon hunter's plight, Xe'ra - the Light Mother, offered Talmarrin a choice to cast out the dark and be burned with light. He agreed and using the powers from the Great Beyond, Xe'ra ripped out the demon magic and branded Talmarrin a warrior of the Light.
Talmarrin's demon wings withered, his tattoos blazed before scarring, and his spectral eyes replaced with holy sight. Feathered wings now adorn his back and his fists strike with righteous lightning when attacking the Light's enemies.
