A delirious ghost who's been haunting the remains of the arcade she died in since the late 1980s when it was burned to the ground. In denial to such a degree that she's unable to move on and has completely lost track of time, repeating the last few minutes before her death indefinitely.
She's desperate for human contact and will subconsciously pull nearby living people into her hallucinations with her- although this can only affect a single person at a time.
