Description: Fluffi insists everyone call him 'King Fluffi', despite not being- related to any kingdom. Or being known by anybody; he kinda just showed up one day, with his weird little ice throne and his tiny little toasty personality. They feel a little bit like mochi if you squeeze them
Fluffi themselves propose a rather unbelievable backstory: that they are an all-powerful fire-dragon demon from a realm beyond understanding!!! And that his deity (and fire) was stolen after he made a deal with an unknown party. Basically no one believes this, but that doesn't stop him from tooting this horn, constantly. Sometimes he will just toot his horn to himself. He talks to himself constantly. All sides aloud. It's rather distracting.

The 'ice throne' (the cone) is a fundamental part of their body, and if detached for too long, they will begin to melt. They cannot fly on their own, but the ice throne is able to hover above the ground and carry a surprising amount of weight! He smells like ice cream and secretly love head paps a lot.
