Toshiro is an oc for the Demon Slayer manga. He takes the place of the lower sixth moon in this alternate take.
His blood art allows him a limited range of teleportation. Although his powers aren't the strongest, they keep him in fights long enough to amass strength. He has taken a liking to a particular demon slayer and will do his absolute best to follow him around just to piss him off.
An attention whore through and through. He gets easily bored with things like the spoiled rich child he used to be.
