One of Buddy's old mates from back in the golden days. They're still on good terms but interests have changed. Fruity Loop still adores being in the limelight, while Buddy is living an early retired life and going out of his way to enjoy the mundane things.
Loop is Very relaxed, and takes rarely any offense to anything. You could spill a mimosa on them in the club, and they'd assure you everything is alright. Making sure to wipe the droplets from your clothing, rather than theirs.
