Lou Flick is my canon Courier 6. His past is revealed in pieces, because Benny’s bullet and the surgery to fix him up messed with his memories. It’s not all gone, but it’s harder for him to remember without certain stimuli (predominantly smells). He’s got a lot of trouble breathing because of certain injuries, mostly damage from smoke inhalation that he doesn’t know the details of, so he wears a modified rebreather to help him out.
Fun fact: Lou Flick is not his real name. And the name he went by before getting shot wasn’t his real name either.
Another fun fact: he’s actually a descendant from the Callosa line, specifically traced back to Yesfir.
I haven’t actually finished his playthrough either. Both he and I are torn on whether NCR or Independence is actually better for New Vegas. He doesn’t really agree with NCR, but he’s not confident in his ability (or Yes Man’s) to actually keep New Vegas safe. He’s fun and filled with self doubt.
