Saltie is essentially a cartoon character that gained sentience after her show was cancelled, and therefore, she dragged herself out of the tv to become a 'real, living being'. However, when you weren't written with a purpose or goal in mind, coming up with your own purpose is...difficult. She is hyper aware that she technically is not "real", and it occasionally bothers her, despite her best attempts to remain optimistic. She deals with feeling trapped in herself and always feeling like something is missing. Despite this, she tries to be kind and cheerful to those she meets, loving making others laugh and building good friendships. Often, however, do to her constant traveling, or other disasters, she loses friends very often.
She wants to find what she truly wants to do, but she's unsure. It scares her sometimes, but she acknowledges that sometimes, just sometimes...It's ok to be scared. It's ok to be unsure. She'll find what she's missing, somewhere.

She is very chaotic, it took her a long time to realize that in the real world, people truly get hurt from slapstick.
Due to "cartoon logic", she can occasionally bend physics to fit something better. EX: jumping higher than a normal rabbit, being able to shake off minor injuries quickly.
If it'd be funny in the moment, she can do it. (ex: randomly lift an entire fridge when previously she can't.) This is the strongest basis for cartoon logic, and one that happens at random to her. Watch out.
TV Static is a literal form for the metaphor of feeling like a monster or entering an extreme mental breakdown. TV static is very aggressive and hurt. It's difficult to get her back under control to Saltie, and it's usually best to leave her be. However, it's not impossible to help her.
