Siblings, breedables, alt. Forms, or redesigns that reuse several existing markings/colors, or other design aspects from the original design by me, are NOT allowed to be sold seperate, and should be paired with the original design.

That being said, if you feel your case may need review, please feel free to contact me! I am open to reviewing individual cases.

Minor edits of the oc are fine! Redesigns are allowed.

Just please credit me as the original designer.

-commission whatever artwork of the design you want! NSFW, gore, ect, is totally fine.

Do not resell my designs for more than the original price unless the design has more artwork than originally included.

Violators will be blacklisted immediately, without warning, and banned from my services.

Do not buy and resell my designs for a higher price.

Offenders will be blacklisted and permanently banned from my services.

You may sell gifted/raffled ocs.

Despite popular opinion, I still believe those ocs have value, and it is not for me to tell you how to sell them. However, you will need to contact me to assess the ocs full worth of the original design.

Violators will be blacklisted.

Selling my designs on Amino is strongly discouraged.

I have a placeholder account on Amino; however, I am not responsible for any stealing, scamming, or copying of my designs. Amino is a scammer hotbed, and I would not recommend buying or selling ocs there.

Artwork

Do not remove my watermark.

Regardless of reason, do NOT remove or edit my watermark from ANY of my work, commissioned or otherwise. My watermark must be visible at all times. 

Offenders will have 3 warnings before being blacklisted.

I do not permit tracing, copying, heavy referencing, or redistribution of my work. Do not claim my work as your own. My work is not for commercial use.

Note: if my designs look similar to an existing design, please let me know and I will do my best to redesign my original concept. Look alikes can be bound to happen, so I will do my best to revamp my idea.
