The Director of War. Veronica is one of very few survivors of the destruction of Sheban's former capital city. She took the position after the old director died in the event. Coming off as cold, Veronica has the mindset of the solider she used to be: "Get the job done, sort the costs out later." Even still she does want Sheban and its people to be safe, but adapting to life after the tragedy has not been the easiest time for her.
