Yes he is based on Antisepticeye! I'm willing to look at offers if you want to try but I do not expect to accept it, he's very sentimental to me. :)

And that's understandable! I could offer anyone in my toyhouse for them! The only off-limit is the folder Current Main Ocs though I'll be picky with the folder Main Ones (especially the Big Comforts and Dreamies folders) or I could also offer art instead/with a character! Any amount you'd want in any style from my examples here!
