Appearance

Leona is a short (5’4”) dark-skinned woman with bright and long ginger hair, yellow eyes with dark kohl and two dark horns. Her hands and feet are leonine paws. She has a green snake for a tail.

Leona likes simple and comfortable clothes, like oversized shirts and leggings.

Personality

Leona has a tendency to be sharp-tongued and broody by default but this belies a trickster nature. She likes to poke fun at others, unfortunately sometimes going too far. If she really upsets someone, she is apologetic and oftentimes feels awkward it happened at all.

History

Currently, Leona works at an “Alexandrian library”, a library devoted to rare or “forbidden” literature, in a Noxalle town as its librarian. She teases the patrons that they have to answer her riddles to get their books but never follows through on the threat if they can’t answer.

Like most sphinxes, Leona has a penchant for riddles. She appears human to those who cannot see past the Veil.
