Mellow and easygoing, Ovi isn't really one to seek out any kind of danger or wild parties. He usually busies himself with small tasks like making sunhats for his shop or tending to the flora on the various islands near his home. You can usually hear him before you see him, buzzing his wings as he flies around, they're useless and don't do anything to aid him in flight but he tries anyways. 

He's not really built for fighting but he does have a pretty sharp set of chompers! Nothing really sets him off but if you scare him bad enough you'll definitely need more than a band-aid to fix the wound he'll give you. He's got a pretty dull set of claws sheathed in his paws, they can't really do much in the way of defending him but they're really useful in taking care of any itches~ :3 

Ovi was born 100 years after the end of the Great Dimension War, when his world was still recovering from it both physically and economically. Due to this, he was raised in the upper layer of Revlerick on the floating islands so that he and his parents could potentially avoid the strain of their planet rebuilding itself since the sky layer was relatively untouched. Quickly learning how to focus magic to enable him to fly and get around his home more easily. His childhood was fairly easy albeit a little lonely, he would hang out in his home watching his mother sew accessories together for him and herself and generally just laze about all the time. 

However, around the age of 112, the war was reignited and his parents were forced to go fight leaving him alone in his home. He was around the dragon-equivalent of 13 when they left and have been gone ever since. He isn't too sure what happened to them, but he keeps his hopes up and believes he'll see them both again someday. Though that hope is slowly fading with each passing year. Especially when they stopped writing to him 100 years ago.

Now he spends his days distracting himself by selling sunhats that he makes with his mother's sewing kits or visiting Coolfire Forest and Evernight to hang out with his friends Tillie, Vinny, and Deckard. It was hard for him before he met them, but they are usually able to help him deal with the idea that his parents might be gone and that he needs to find a bigger purpose to his life rather than mindlessly making sunhats.
