Profile
Mr. Moore - The creator of "Requiem"
22/02/2004
Overview
James Wilson Moore is a high-profile engineer and neurosurgeon, the person behind the Digital Immortalization Programme called "Requiem". His invention created a great stir in the scientific community at the time, making him well-known far beyond White-Hill.
According to the files, he was born in the UK before he and his family moved to the United States only two years after his birth. A couple years after his younger brother, Clancy, was born. His father, now deceased, is known for keeping a tight rein over both of his sons, declaring their careers for them.
After this incident, James cut contact with his family completely and eventually pursued a career of his own.

- Or for some ideas: you could redact ██████ or highlight something, or
strike it through. Maybe underline it? It's supposed to look like a notepad, so lean into it... or don't, if you don't want!

Relationships
Clancy Moore
younger brother
Was manipulated by James to partake in his test of the first "Requiem" prototype. Due to being sickly at the time of the experiment, he didn't make it through, marking him the first victim and the first inhabitant of "Requiem". Holds a deep grudge against his brother for his murder.
Alyson J. Murphy
detective at the WHPD
Was the main suspect during the investigation of his brother's death, whose body was found by Murphy. The police dropped charges due to the lack of evidence back then, altough Alyson believes there is much more to him than meets the eye. She had been collecting information on his persona since the first disappearances.
Matthew Ryan
a journalist
A curious journalist on the hunt for the infortmation about "Requiem" and its creator for his article. The two met up a couple of times and the meetings seemed to go pretty well, although Matt seemed kind of distant and distraught afterwards.
