Abednego

A cunning, ruthless and conceited tomb robber. Everyone who knows him hates him, including other thieves, so he’s usually wandering the unforgiving desert terrain of his home alone.

He has several hordes (mainly full of gold, jewels, expensive cloth and bones of victims) hidden deep in caves, you’d think at least someone out there would appreciate his finesse.

DESIGN NOTES:

- his teeth are like a snake’s, with long fangs that fold back when not in use. He can inject a potent venom with them, capable of temporarily paralyzing foes. 

- blood is emerald/teal.

- has a build similar to a coyote, but longer and leaner with thin, deer-like legs. His fur is thick, especially so around his neck and tail.

- his paws have extra thick, leathery pads and dull canine claws. He does sharpen them on occasion, but the sand quickly files them back down. 

- ears are large like a hare’s to let off excess heat.

- LOVES decking out in jewelry, especially gold bangle bracelets and earrings as well as anything with precious gems.
