Evan writes articles for an independent newspaper that is popular in the Steppe District. He enjoys writing about his daily life, so he tries to make his daily life as exciting as possible, but his laziness and tendency to procrastinate can get in the way. Still, he at least tries to do something new every day -- exploring new locations, cooking new foods, experimenting with new hobbies.
