He is the nice one out of all 3 Gartegos leaders
He never wishes for war nor attacks on other places, he is fully fine with his part of the land
Peace and good leaders in whole Gartegos is what he really wants
He is not hungry for blood and stealing territory/resources from other lands, nor does he dislikes Elaes land residents just because they are different from Gartegos residents in few ways. He knows they are all the same species.
Cuz of all that, his part of the land is quite isolated from rest of the Gartegos and is doing pretty good

Will always look over his residents and help them

He always wanted to be a friend to one of the Elemental Lords, but he fears they will not like him because he is a Gartegos leader so he always stays away from them. But if one of those Lords would come to visit his land, he would be very friendly and welcoming
