This version of Turbo stems from the same universe as Awesome!Speedy (or VE!Speedy). Just like him, Turbo looks identical to his regular version. This version is far more serious than the regular Turbo, executing the odd jobs his Speedy provides him with maximum efficiency. It is likely his successes are born from a corruption of Awesome- while his moves are always Awesome, that in itself has made it mundane.
This Turbo actually ended up changing his job class to Rogue, but what does it matter in the long run.. He doesn't have a Shade attached, and is honestly not that interesting.
