Kade has never been the person it was all about. Back in the iAV days, before I ported him to my own story, he was simply the guy 'playing' the iAV version of Speedy.
And even in Rainbound, he's nothing much to write home about- he still is but the guy who plays Rainbound's version of Speedy.
As such, his backstory remains quite unchanged in either version- he is a student playing the game in his spare time.
He has moved abroad in the early years of his education, but I've never really written where he's from or where he moved to.
Now being in the later years, he is concerned about finding job, which gives him additional concerns as it cuts into his game time.
Kade's personality matches that of Speedy- he doesn't pretend to be someone else and is just trying to enjoy the game.
Hence why for Rainbound, Speedy is the alternate form for Kade, rather than this being an alternate Speedy.
Kade's very like his own character, blue eyes, brown hair. But he has a simplistic ponytail, not gravity defying hair.
He wears all manners of hoodies and just regular pants. Nothing to write home about, frankly.
