Grumpy, determined and independent, Sei's personality resembles Sasuke's, thus earning himself the nickname 'Sasuke chibi'. He rarely smiles and almost never cries, even when he is injured. Seijou enjoys peace and quiet and can often be found quietly entertaining himself. He hates crowds, strangers, loud noises, being touched and being called cute. He loves his parents very much and always seeks to please them, and he holds his uncle, Sasuke, in very high regard. He is closer to his sister Yukina as they are both rather introverted, and finds his oldest sister Hisana to be irritating due to her extroverted nature.
