Galaxia or Gala for short has been traveling the cosmos since she was able to stand. Her mother has tasked her with finding the most beautiful flowers that seem to bloom out of no where. Literally they are a bud floating in space and only bloom in the right conditions. Excited she left as soon as she was old enough. Having traveled far and wide she has found some of the rainbow variety of these space flora. The miniature planets that form around her life rings are planets she has been to before. When the planet fully forms on the ring she can spin the small orb and transport to the planet in an instant. (Note: Only when she spins them will she transport. Someone could spin her mini planets all day long and nothing would happen) (tbc)
