Blanc is basically a very diverse character to say the least. They're a shifter and tends to enjoy this since they can tired of their skinny form at times.
They lack a gender naturally, but are able to have breasts, a penis, a vagina, or a combinations of them if needed/wanted.
They can have any hair or be bald (hair is naturally pitch black when they choose to 'grow' it, but hair dye exists so any color is fine)
And they can wear any sort of clothes
As long as the skin and eyes are there, tis all good
They also go by many names, as they truely dont know what their name is nor care, but for the sake of naming will be called Blanc.
