new owner can change name, clothing and backstory- etc. Major design changes can be done, but in order for the canon design in records to reflect any changes made to the physical body, name or backstory please do contact me so I can update the masterlist, if you change the physical design of a chippy, that's fine and I'll work with you but adding non canon / within species traits to your characters (extra extra limbs, eyes etc.) that breaks species mold, will not be reflected in the canon comics and universe.
