"...I guess that's fine..."
Osprey is a rather pessimistic folk who was raised in the ghettos. But after having his life turned around, he's been seeing the brighter side of things, despite his usual grumpy/stoic attitude. He is loyal to his friends and would stare daggers at those who offend them. Despite evrything, he's more bark than bite and others would often tease him to see his reaction and try to push his limits; just that sort of friend that's fun to see upset and then give them all the love after.
He definitely has favorite people and will make it apparent to them just by his willingness to hang out with them or not. If he is forced into a situation, the grumbling will not stop. On his off time from training, Osprey is often found enjoying sceneries or typing away at his phone...
Appearance
He is a fit, darker toned inkling who prefers baggy clothes. He used to keep his tentacles longer and braided; but after a make-over and turning a new leaf, he's grown fond of the slick cut.
Osprey was brought up in the more shady parts of town in Splatsville, often visiting the shiny parts of Inkopolis and Inkopolis square to see what he can snag. He lost his parents at an early age, hardly remembering them at all and instead was brought up by his older brother and the community they were in. He definitely had some sense of morality thanks to this, but no real power to get out of the slums without the knack of theiving.
Normally, he would go the Robin Hood route and take from the richer civilians- they wouldn't miss a thing! But one day he chose a random civilian; picking a cute little pinkling walking with a bag of baked goods as his next target. He was in need of a snack anyways. So he cornered the poor girl, attempting to work up some charm to get her to fork over the goods. He successfully got close enough... to have her kick him in the groin and take off running. Thanks to his short fuse, he had to give chase. Tunnel visioned by the pursuit, he was ganged up by another set of inklings, and next thing he knew; he was tied up. And he wasn't being let go until he was grilled for some answers... scary bunch...
Formalities exchenged however, he learned they were a team of athletes, for ink wars- something he didn't have too much knowledge on- named Team Bloom Burst. The team helped him understand the games, processes, and even how to use a weapon! Mostly thanks to the girl, Primrose, who refused to let him keep walking without a chance to turn over this new leaf. Because of this, he finally saw the light; being able to help out his brother and himself through earning cash in these games... and new hope of kindness from others like her... Unlucky for him she wasn't taking any more players, but she did have some friends that were looking. And so he had joined Sky Splash.
Truly a close friend to have, she kind of saved him from a negative way of life after all. And he views her as a beacon of light that just seems to brighten anyone's day just by existing... not that he would ever admit to that.
Met the guy through Primrose, and he seems overall chill... if *too* chill to be hitting on other girls every now and then. Regardless, his little sisters like him, and he was nice enough to take Osprey in; so he can't complain.
Very quiet and very meek. Despite not having much in common with her outside of being on the same team, he tends to feel the need to protect this little bird. Or mouse? She's extremely quiet like one.
This, is a gremlin. The kind of sister that he will *not* protect because she gets herself into all these messes anyways. He finds it quite funny how she mirrors her twin though.
She seems very protective of Primrose, and for good reason given how they all first met. So he hangs out with her by proxy of the pinkling. Despite this, however, they became pretty good buddies- if the teasing could be toned down some.

- He is a member of Sky Splash. His gearset includes: Soccer Headband, Part-time Pirate, Hero Boots (the boots were a hand-me-down from Iris)
- He wears yellow contacts, to keep himself from standing out too much.
