Bogna

Bogna is a creature from slavic mythology, called either Chmurnik or Płanetnik (depends on the time period).
Since her kind can control the clouds and the weather, she can predict the weather for the next few days and so she works as the weather girl for the local TV station. 

Her hair is made out of clouds and changes depending on the weather outside.
