The only member in Reeds gang who is not of the same species. For in fact Jano is in actually a beedril. whereas that may come as a bit of a surprise. Considering he looks the part. Well almost... The only dead give away being; are his eyes, and nubs that use to be his antenna. But that can easily be covered, if need be. ( Since .. Reeds clan does not tolerate different species. ) Before he had long messy unkempt blonde hair. But now it is dyed red to match the look of the other members and especially restyled. No way Reed was going to allow him to get away with that. The group often travels in the desert so he got a bit of a tan. Before he had a very pale complexion. Antenna on the other hand, were lost due events prior before joining. Left for dead, and near the brink of death. Jano was spared and taken in by Reed and his group. Due to Reed happening to be nearby through circumstance as well as already earlier on engaging Reeds attention prior to the event that took place. He is now is a replacement to a former member who name is not to be ever to be brought up.

Jano was betrayed and framed by another member in his colony. Over a mission gone wrong, that almost cost the whole colony's lives. This had caused misgiving and a bad image among the whole community. Usually something like this would very warrant for a public execution. But was kept alive thanks to a few good members; who were able to pull some strings. But even those strings would eventually rip apart. Seeing as how they could not execute him, the other higher ups decided to send him up on harsher and more deadlier missions. Figuring that would eventually kill him. + they would be able to settle a few problems. But the missions never did, which did not sit so well with the person who framed Jano. Growing tired of his luck, in escaping his demise. His ex teammate gathered a bunch of people and planned to take him out for good. Just coming back from a mission, fatigued. A large group of other beedrill swarmed him, and would have torn him apart. Were it not for Reeds gang stepping in. While out on mission. Reed out on his usual stakes caught sight of Jano in action. Going up against a charizard, of all things?? and winning!!! At that Reed took a immediate liking to him. He by all means had to fight him, as well as have him join.

Diligent • Unsympathetic • Stubborn • Blunt

Once his mind is set on something, he will not stop or rest until he gets it done. Jano does not care about the well being of the other members, nor does he show any remorse to those in plight. No matter the situation he is in he will get the job done period. No exemptions, unless Reed orders him not to. Jano will by no means give up even if it costs him his very own life. Plus if he is going to go down than, he will at least make the attempt to bring his enemy down with him. You will never hear any falsity coming from his words. If he does so choose to speak, and be warned when he does they can be very hurtful. Since he by no means sugar coats what he says.

Other tidbits - * Not usually open to socialization. * He still is very weary of Reed and by no means trusts him. But will work and follow what he says since he feels that he is indebted to him. As well as that he no longer a place to stay. * Does not really care what others think of him.
